湖南城市學(xué)院（Hunan City University）位于湖南省益陽市，其辦學(xué)歷史可追溯到創(chuàng)辦于1970年春的益陽師范高等?？茖W(xué)校。2002年3月經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)與湖南城建高等專科學(xué)校合并，升格為全日制普通本科層次院校。

根據(jù)2016年4月學(xué)校官WANG顯示，該校校園占地面積1568畝，有校本部和朝陽校區(qū)兩個校區(qū)，建筑面積53.4萬平方米。擁有資產(chǎn)8.6億元，其中教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備總值1.4億元。下設(shè)16個二級學(xué)院，開辦本科專業(yè)47個，有全日制普通本專科在校生16600多人，成人教育學(xué)生6500多人。

   湖南城市學(xué)院雖然是本科學(xué)院，但是此次采購我們的鐵電材料測試系統(tǒng)，為了提高學(xué)院的綜合實(shí)力，正如其學(xué)院的所提倡的知行統(tǒng)一的理念，相信學(xué)院以后會發(fā)展的越來越好。

  ZT-4A(X)鐵電測試儀有兩個高壓樣品池,一個封閉式的，一個開放式的，方便進(jìn)行不同樣品的測試.同時(shí)提供了一個薄膜測試平臺，專門對薄膜進(jìn)行研究測試的.

Zt-4a (X) ferroelectric tester has two high-voltage sample pools, one closed and one open, which is convenient for testing different samples. At the same time, it provides a film testing platform, which is dedicated to the research and testing of thin films.
